The Weston, a haven hotel -in my opinion, is a "haven" for the unhoused! It's beyond me why some people (long-term) are so NASTY! You're "housed" somewhere, no doubt at taxpayers expense, and you can't even keep it clean. Someone even allowed their dog to poop on the parking lot, and left it there. The workers do their best to keep the place clean (although a room on the floor we stayed on, smelled absolutely horrible) I guess this is expected when a large family, a big dog, in a small space. It's everyone's responsibility to clean behind themselves, and their youth. We had a someone running over our head a couple nights until 3:00AM in the morning, unbelievable! Staff did request they keep the noise down, a couple times. Needless to say, we did't get sleep these two nights in question. If you want to stay in a, in my opinion "glorified shelter" then this is the place. On a positive, receptionist area, person, along with the cleaning lady were exceptional! Always friendly, and very helpful. This one good thing about this shelter, I mean hotel. I would recommend this place, the good out weight the bad!
My stay here was outstanding! The manger Mr. Harry was attentive and accommodating ensuring a great experience. Mr. Ricky and Ms. Sandy kept the hotel spotless and my room was always fresh and well-maintained. The entire staff including those at the kiosk, were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their dedication to excellent service made my stay truly enjoyable. If you enjoy cleanliness, great customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended-I'll definitely be back.
